About Cyber Hub

Cyber Hub is a website that displays content generated by the Cyber Bot project. The original Cyber Bot is a Telegram bot designed to make cybersecurity learning and staying updated with the latest news more accessible. It aggregates and summarizes content from various sources, making it easier to stay informed in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity.

Core Features

  • News summaries from curated RSS feeds and subreddit
  • Topic cards from GitHub repositories
  • CVE database with severity filtering and detailed information
  • YouTube video summaries
  • Podcast episode summaries
  • TryHackMe challenges

How It Works

The bot processes content from various cybersecurity sources to provide you with curated, summarized information:

  • RSS Feeds: Aggregating news from a comprehensive list of cybersecurity sources available in our OPML file
  • Reddit Communities: Curating content from specialized subreddits including r/netsec, r/cybersecurity, r/securityCTF, r/blackhat, r/HowToHack, and r/TryHackMe
  • Podcasts: Summarizing episodes from popular cybersecurity podcasts including Darknet Diaries, Security Now, and Snyk
  • YouTube Channels: Processing content from leading cybersecurity channels such as NoLimitSecu, NahamSec, Computerphile, LiverOverflow, John Hammond, Hak5, DEF CON, Black Hat, Professor Messer, and many others
  • CVE Database: Maintaining an up-to-date database of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) with detailed information, CVSS scoring, references, and filtering capabilities to help security professionals stay informed about the latest security vulnerabilities

All summaries and translations are powered by Mistral AI

Cyber Hub also features topic cards with AI-generated cybersecurity content. These cards are created by Mistral AI based on personal learning notes stored in a GitHub repository. While we strive for accuracy, please note that this content is AI-generated and may occasionally contain errors. We encourage readers to report any inaccuracies to cyb.hub@proton.me so we can improve the quality of our content.
